There's a "CC" button you can click to turn on autogenerated subtitles from Vimeo. The option should be there for every video in my library. Let me know if that works for you!
I have tried and found subtitles for the videos in your link. However, I don't know if all your premium courses will have similar subtitles?
Because I see some videos like this

Thanks for letting me know, it might be because those were uploaded before Vimeo had their automatic captioning feature. Let me see what I can do about adding subtitles to those videos as well.
I very much hope you will be able to resolve this issue soon. I think it's not just me but there are many people who love your courses but have difficulty listening to English.

The remaining bunch will have to wait til next week after Dec 7. Vimeo caps my upload rate at 20gb a week, and I hit that limit uploading new versions of all the videos with captions already.
Some video captions might still be processing, specifically the longer ones, but enjoy the finished uploads and let me know if there are any where I missed captioning.
I'm waiting for Beginer Three.js, Intermedia Three.js have subtitle :P !!!
